In My Mailbox (1)

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by The Story Siren. I know, I know, it's kind of pathetic that I've been blogging for almost 3 months and I still haven't particpated in this meme. I'll tell you one thing though: I'm glad I waited until this week because, half of my family being Jewish and all, they've started sending Hannukah presents early (I think maybe they think if they send them early they can get away with skipping a couple nights' worth of gifts) and I'm just getting bombarded with YA literature. Gotta love the holidays!
Working cameras are awesome. No more blurriness! I got half of 'em in one package. I'm fairly sure the mailman will be ticked off at my family for another year at least. But ah! I haven't gotten this many books at once since... Well, never. So, even though I'm out of the loop most of the time, and these books are probably (mostly) all hundreds of years old, I'm still pumped. My parents groaned audibly when I started explaining each one of them to them. Here I go again:
Gifted:
Dead is the New Black by Marlene Perez
Tricks by Ellen Hopkins
Vampire Diaries: Stefan's Diary #1) by L.J. Smith
Cracked up to Be by Courtney Summers
The Adoration of Jenna Fox by Mary E. Pearson
Fallen by Lauren Kate
Forever... by Judy Blume
Take Me There by Carolee Dean
The Maze Runner by James Dashner
The Scorch Trials by James Dashner
Bought:
Crescendo by Becca Fitzpatrick
Hold Still by Nina LaCour
An Abundance of Katherines by John Green
Matched by Ally Condie
Hope y'all have great reading weeks ahead of you too!

You've got really cool relatives for them to be sending you a lot of books! I never get books as a present, I think, despite the fact that my family has never seen me without a book, they think I would love to become a cover model as they keep sending me makeup and stuff. I like them, but I'd rather have the books. I've tried giving hints but to no avail. Oh well.

You're so lucky to be getting books for the holidays! The only book-related presents I get are gift cards to book stores!
